We provide medical treatment for conditions that may be successfully treated with Medical Marijuana and Cannabis, all within the regulations of Florida state law.

1. Via telephone, Call with questions  ​A Doctor will call you at the scheduled time and go over your medical history and create a medical chart (15 minutes).  Florida state law requires that you are a patient on record for 3 months before your doctor may recommend and prescribe medical marijuana/cannabis.​

2. In-Person Consult:   You will have an in-person appointment with your doctor and your doctor will assess you and possibly make the  recommendation for medical marijuana/cannabis and will add you to the Compassionate Use Registry.  A Customized pharmaceutical order will be created for you.  You will now be ready to fill your prescription at a dispensary. 

** To be eligible for a Medical Marijuana/Cannabis prescription, a patient must meet all legal and medical criteria, as described by Florida State Law, along with a diagnosis and documentation by their treating physician, and must submit appropriate medical documentation.  

Please note that NOT ALL PATIENTS WILL QUALIFY.

You may be eligible if you have:

Cancer

Epilepsy

Chronic Pain

Chronic seizures

Chronic muscle spasms

Terminal conditions

Additionally, you must be a permanent resident of Florida.
